asique the situation is in order, a friend of mine goes through the process of foreclosure and auction property is for 19 April, 08 provided. There are many holes in the process (in law), which go to our state laws, and I think it is exhausted. He signed with the auction, but the costs are paid by the bank representative. It was not notified in writing of the time and date of the auction. Not even sure whether it is a public notice that the sale is not here by state laws known, signed, unless stirred into a contract with the auction. The process can stop at this stage, because he signed the contract and the bench to start the process in its class in terms of completion of the auction of things. I think he would be entitled to cancel the auction cuz he signed the contract, but im not sure. Of course, it would be unfortunate, more than likely that the bank may be forced to leave before his
