If you have cold sores, can you spread herpes to other people, or other parts of your body? - is it possible to get herpes on your nose

I know that cold sores are a type of herpes, but can on the genitals of another person spread through oral sex or rubbing the corner of his mouth and then rubbing the eyes or wiping the nose?

Yes you can. Oral herpes is caused usually by herpese simplex type 1, but can also be caused by type-2. To answer your question, if the contract herpes, or type accumulates in the body immunity. It takes about six weeks after the Centers for Disease Control. In the meantime, you can re-infect themselves by shaving, rub a blister and then other parts of the body, and so on. After spending six weeks, it is impossible to get herpes, and a type of herpes, anywhere in the body. So, if you enter 1, you can always type 2, but it will be immunized against type 1. However, if someone kisses herpes simplex type 1, and is in the mouth or genitals, and they already have immunity, you can not go back in your body. This means that both have the same virus strain. If you type-1 from his mouth and have type-2-mouth, can you give them the type-2 of the mouth.
