I can't remember the name of this actor. [pics]? - american test kitchen pbs

It is almost identical to Adam Ried American Test Kitchen on PBS. Here is the photo, Ried:

The actor who resembles Ried has a very strange voice, identifiable and limited feminine and rough. He has been in many current films.
